Education

Ph.D. (2009-2012)——South China Normal University, Major in Labor Economic. My thesis is "Demographic Change, Industrial Structure and Employment of Migrant Workers." It is mainly about: When the Chinese demographic bonus gradually disappeared, and China's industrial structure is undergoing adjustment, which means migrants from rural to urban facing a new employment situation. What changes in immigrant employment will happen?
M.Sc. (2006-2009)——Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, Major in Business Management.
B.Sc. (2002-2006)——Guangzhou University, Major in Human Resource Management.
